Evolve the end of the world

Plague Inc. is an interesting strategy game that has you release a deadly disease onto the world.

Complex symptoms

It is an addictive game because you have to try and keep evolving the virus before countries manage to research and distribute a cure. The different levels of symptoms can lead to viral spread, and a lot of your time is spent watching how the disease makes its way around the whole world.

The addition of the Simian Flu (as a tie-in to the Dawn of the Planet of the Apes movie), now allows you to actively sabotage human efforts to stop the disease. Giving you control over a host of superior-simians, you can smash research facilities and ensure the apes move the disease exactly where you need it.

Be careful where you touch

The interface in Plague Inc. centers on a world map where you watch the disease spread as it moves from country to country. Plague Inc. adds upgrades that can be applied, like advanced symptoms, how it's communicable, and its resistance to cure research.

Benign design

Even though the game does not have a lot of animations or big events, the careful planning of upgrades to your plague leads to a lot of replayability and experimentation. Do not be disappointed with the simple graphics in Plague Inc., because the gameplay is very polished.

Infectious gameplay

Plague Inc. is a simple game on the surface, but the strategy involved is impressive.
